We started Bake By Nokou with the mission to create delicious, high-protein treats that taste amazing.

Most high-protein snacks are mass-produced in factories, packed with tons of additives and ingredients that are hard to pronounce, leaving a very unpleasant aftertaste.

That's why I teamed up with Brownie Box London to create delicious, handmade, high-protein cookies. Everything is hand-rolled and baked from scratch
