SHIPPING POLICY:

 

Please note our cookies do not fit through the door, so will need to be received by someone.

All postal cookies are currently shipped by Royal Mail.

 

You have the option of First Class delivery or Special Delivery.

First class delivery is not guaranteed or trackable. We have no control over the parcel once it has been posted. First class postage can take up to 2 days to be received.

Special delivery is trackable and guaranteed by 1pm the next day. cookies sent by Special delivery on Friday are not guaranteed to arrive by Saturday but are still trackable.

No cookies are posted on the weekend. cookies ordered on the weekend will be posted on the following Monday.

MISSING BOXES:

​

From time to time the Royal Mail do lose boxes, although this is extremely rare. The most common reason for boxes not being received is that the address is incorrect. In this case we cannot be held responsible. As the boxes do not fit through the mailbox, we unfortunately cannot be responsible for brownies that are not received if the recipient isn't home.
